Alumni Award Nomination Form

To be nominated as an outstanding alumna/alumnus, faculty, or staff of the College of St. Scholastica is more than an honor.  It is a celebration of academic excellence and professional accomplishments blended with Benedictine values.  Please take a moment to nominate a deserving classmate, faculty, or staff person.  Do it now, the deadline is December 1 in order to be considered for the following year.

The Young Alumni Achievement Award is now part of our Alumni honor roll. Please see the description below for details. Because this award will be presented during Homecoming weekend in October, the nomination deadline is September 1.

Sister Ann Edward Scanlon Award – given to an alumna/alumnus who manifests dedication to her/his community and to The College of St. Scholastica.

Sister Alice Lamb Award – to honor an alumna/alumnus who has demonstrated dedication to her/his profession and has continued to be committed to The College of St. Scholastica.

Sister Timothy Kirby Benedictine Spirit Award – to honor an alumna/alumnus for his/her professional achievement and who exemplifies the Benedictine values of respect for the individual, the dignity of work, stewardship, hospitality, and love of learning.

Scholastica Inspiration Award – recognizes an individual faculty or staff person whose interest and care for students has had a positive impact on their life.

Young Alumni Achievement Award – given to an alumnus or alumna under 40 years of age who has demonstrated a high level of achievement early in his or her career or profession, shown support of the College and substantial commitment to the service of others in living out the Benedictine values.

Deadline for the Sister Ann Edward Scanlon, Sister Alice Lamb, Sister Timothy Kirby Benedictine Spirit and the Scholastica Inspiration award nominations is December 1.  These award recipients will be recognized at the annual all-alumni reunion the following June.

Deadline for the Young Alumni Achievement Award is September 1. The award recipient will be recognized at the annual Homecoming weekend in October.
