Faculty and Staff Audio-visual Request Form

This request sends an email to the Help Desk. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your requested equipment is available. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to your CSS e-mail once your request has been entered into the system. You may be contacted for more information if needed.

Students wishing to check out AV equipment must come to the Help Desk in Tower Hall. Equipment is check out on an in-person, first-come, first-served basis.
