This library materials order form is to be used by faculty members at the College of St. Scholastica to order materials necessary to support the curriculum of their departments. The form can be used to order any non-serial item. To order serial titles please contact Brad Snelling by phone, 218-723-6644, or email bsnellin@css.edu.

 

If your order is for anything other than a book, dvd or software item please describe the item in the note box at the bottom of the form. Make sure to include as much information as possible before submitting your request. Once submitted, the order will be sent to the department chair (or proxy) of the department you select for approval and then forwarded to the St. Scholastica Library for processing.
