Rover Request Form

Rover is a library materials delivery service provided for distance students, faculty, and staff who live 25 or more miles from the Duluth campus. Rover will "fetch" your requested materials (including books, reserve materials, and copies of articles) and send them to you via email (when possible), the U.S. Mail, or UPS. By submitting this form, you agree to the following: I agree to adhere to the Rover policies and procedures. I authorize the CSS staff to check materials out, make copies, and send materials to me as I request them. I understand that I am responsible for the materials until they are returned back to the CSS Library. I also understand that photocopies must comply with the U.S. Copyright Law as written in U.S. Code, Title 17. I agree to pay all fees associated with the use of Rover including, postage, copying fees (10 cents per page), and late charges.
