In this class you will learn basic hip hop moves including gliding, popping and ticking. This is a fun energizing way to learn some new steps and meet new friends.

Pilates
Pilates is method of exercise that stretches and strengthens the body to improve posture and efficiency of movement. Pilates works the whole body but specially targets your core muscles (abdominal and back muscles).

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a faster paced deep stretching and intense hold type of yoga. Great for anyone wanting to ease into a workout regimen and those already working out who need to increase flexibility and core strength.

Tai Chi - Beginner
Introduction to Tai Chi: All are welcome, no prior experience necessary. We will meet all through the semester. You can come for one day, or all the days, however, it will benefit you the more you come and practice.

Yoga - Hatha for Beginners
This class is appropriate for all who are new or returning to Yoga practice. The focus will be on learning basic yoga postures, practicing breath awareness and an introduction to yoga philosophy. Minimum of 6 required to hold this 6 week class.
