Rumbidzai Sithole graduated cum laude with a major in International Policy and Management and a minor in Women's Studies. She was a Webster Scholar, founded United for Africa, was a Student Senator and completed six internships, including two with the Clinton Foundation as well as with the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerece, Cirrus Design and Africa Action. Currently she's a strategy consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors in South Africa, focusing on economic development across the African continent. In 2010 she was one of 25 women across Africa awarded the Moremi Initiative for Women's Leadership in Africa Fellowship.
