Note: The required CTA courses are offered on a regular rotation, but not necessarily in the semesters identified above.

Communication – Application to Major

Apply to the major at the end of the sophomore year having completed 3 CTA courses, with an average of C+.  See CTA Dept. Chair for procedures. Seniors are not accepted into the major.

Advertising and Public Relations Major = 52 credits

Requirements:   CTA 1114, CAT 2041, CTA 2240, CTA 4402, CTA 4417, CTA 4445, CTA 4555, MGT 2320, MGT 3550, ENG 3364 or ENG 3360 or ENG 3362, plus completion of one track. Apply to major at the end of sophomore year.  See CTA Department chair for procedures. Seniors are not accepted into the major.
