Open/Undecided Majors

We suggest open/undecided majors select a smattering of courses across the divisions.

Required Courses: Dignitas 1101 The Responsible Self and DGN 1102 And Dignity for All, ENG 1110 English Composition; CTA1102 Human Communication

INS 1101, 2201 or 2204; any 1000 or 2000 level ART course; CTA 1107, 1114 or 2201; ENG 1115, 1120, 1130, 2251, 2252 or 2250; any 1000 or 2000 level History course; any World Language course; PHL 1114, 1105 or 2214; any 1000 or 2000 level Music or Religious studies courses.

School of Sciences

BIO 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104 or 1110; CHM 1010 or 1021 and CHM 1025; PSC 1201, MTH 1110 or 1111 or 1114 or 1115, PSY 1105 or PSY 2208 or any 1000 or 2000 SOC course.

Also, once you begin your studies at St. Scholastica, make an appointment and visit with Cathy Richards or Mary Anderson in Career Services. You can schedule an appointment in T2150. Cathy and Mary work with open major students to help them find direction toward a course of study in which they will be happy.
