St. Scholastica Theatre presented Sophocles’ tragedy “Antigone” as its spring production.
Among the cast were sophomore Ashley Boevers and freshman Shannon Smith. The Duluth News Tribune’s
critic said the production made “the 2,400-year-old story as real, raw and relevant as a multiplefatality
crash on the freeway” and was “devastatingly illustrated by an exceptional cast.”

included hand fans that
depicted Tower Hall. The
