Network, Banner and Email Account Request Form

Registered students' accounts are automatically created every term so be sure to check at the LAB TA Desk before requesting a new account! Check here to find out your Novell login.

Please note: Guest Acount Request forms are available on the intranet.

In order to receive a computer account at The College of St. Scholastica, you must be a registered student and provide all the required information.

New faculty and staff accounts will not be created until all paperwork and documentation has been processed through Human Resources.

Please allow 2 - 3 days for the account to be created. For Internet Native Banner accounts, please expect your account 3 working days after your supervisor has responded to the email generated by this form.
