I will e-mail a 4-5 page statement of goal to vtanner@css.edu within 5 business days. In your statement of goal, please describe your Personal, Academic, and Career Goals in 4-5 pages. Include your reasons for wanting to work with Ojibwe youth. Be specific as possible. Applications will not be considered complete until the essay has been received.

Are you applying because of your interest in the Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College cohort?
Yes    No

Please remember that you must apply and be accepted into the college before you can be considered for the OLCE program.

Applicants to the program are considered regardless of age, race, creed, color, gender, sex, sexual orientation, status regarding public assistance, marital status, national origin, religious affiliation, disability or local commission status in its programs, procedures and activities.

Project activities will be held in accessible spaces and printed materials can be made available in alternative formats where needed. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate challenges that could otherwise impede academic success.
