This form, along with the student's submission of an application form and an audition recording, will assist the scholarship committee in selecting candidates for interviews. Students in all intended majors are invited to apply for this scholarship if they have achieved success in their musical training and plan to continue to be involved in band, choir, and/or orchestra at The College of St. Scholastica. Thank you for taking time to recommend the applicant and to encourage all your students to continue their musical growth after high school.
