Course Schedule Update

Notice: The Course Schedule at this address is being replaced by the Browse Classes tool.

Instructions for Banner 9 Self Service Browse Classes Feature

  1. Navigate to the Browse Classes link.
  2. Select the Term you wish to view from the dropdown menu and click Continue.
  3. Enter your search criteria:
    • Subject: Select one or more subjects to browse.
    • Course Number: Enter a specific course number if known.
    • Keyword: Search by title or description.
  4. Use the Advanced Search option for additional filters such as Campus, Part of Term, Instructional Method, Instructor, etc.
  5. Click the Search button to view the results.
  6. Click on a course title in the results to view detailed information including prerequisites, restrictions, and meeting times.

Helpful Tips

  • View All Classes: To view all classes offered for a term, leave all search fields blank and simply click the Search button.
  • Filter by Campus: Use the Advanced Search option to filter by campus to view only the classes offered at your campus.
  • Select Multiple Subjects: You can select more than one subject at a time. Click into the Subject field to select additional subjects, or use the Advanced Search option to select multiple subjects along with other filters.
  • Update Bookmarks: If you have previously saved the Course Schedule page to your bookmarks, click on the Bookmark icon in the top toolbar and then click on Update Bookmarks to add the new Browse Classes page to your bookmarks.
