Buffet Line Server Servers work on the Buffet line, portioning and dishing up each menu item onto guests' plates at the Thanksgiving Buffet. Must be 16 and older. At 4:00, tear-down and clean-up begins. You will be responsible for clean-up of the buffet line. 2:30 - 5:00 p.m.
Clean-up Coordinator The Clean-up Coordinator will work closely with DECC staff during the Thanksgiving Buffet and will be responsible for the volunteers who will put away the food, wipe down the hot carts and ovens, take care of compost and garbage, wash silverware, wipe and put away salt-and-pepper shakers, consolidate and store paper goods, help the DECC dishwasher put away dishes and take care of linens. In charge of dis-assembling the buffet line. 3 - 5 p.m.
Clean-up Help Help put away tables and chairs and other miscellaneous pick up after the Thanksgiving meal. Dis-assemble the buffet line, put away linens, serving containers, etc. 4 - 6 p.m.
Dishwasher Dishwashers work alongside DECC employees during the Thanksgiving Buffet in the dishwashing area. The DECC dishwasher will help put everything away. Volunteers keep pushing dishes forward, then sort and take off and put on carts. 4 - 6 p.m.
